What is Matchlock?
If you weren't aware, Matchlock is a historical fiction series set during the Thirty Years' War.
The story begins in 1622, at the beginning of the most destructive war in European history - until the twentieth century that is!
It follows the exploits and adventures of Dorset native Matthew Lock; an absolute pro when it comes to working the matchlock musket, and talking himself out of (and in to) trouble.
