Toxic Workplace Support Group

A facilitated, experiential workshop for people currently struggling in a toxic work environment or if you've left and need help shedding the toxic behaviors and mindset.

During this event you will gain:

  • A new perspective on your situation so you can make it through your work week

  • Validation from a community of peers who are experiencing similar toxic workplaces -- you are not alone!

  • Healing and release through facilitated experiential exercises

  • An opportunity to share your experiences with a group that gets what you are going through

  • Ideas to consider so you can move forward

How it Works:

  • Facilitated group workshop, not an open complaint / discussion

  • Active, participation using the universal language of theatre and movement

  • You'll be guided through prompts to express your experiences without knowing the "right" words

  • With group participation, you'll see you are not alone in your reactions and experiences in a toxic workplace

  • We'll generate solutions together for moving forward
