How to use sticky notes to improve your mood, mindset, and motivation

Ever wish you had a master, mentor, teacher, or friend come along and say, “okay, Amber, let's go figure this shit out?” 

Well, here I am!

That's a great question, Stacy, and I'm more than happy to tell you about it. The first tactic I use is really simple.  It might sound weird, but it’s crazy effective.

Sticky notes.

I know, I know. It sounds ridiculous. I mean, really, sticky notes? They're great for reminding me to pick up milk, and I've used them to mark the place in a document where somebody has to sign. But mindset? Motivation? From sticky notes?

Absolutely freaking yes. Mindset, mood, motivation, inspiration, all over your house, reminding yourself that you are, in fact, a badass.
