Timing

Kids
Babies in arms are welcome to join, but the event is not designed for movers. Feel free to nurse or pump at the event. Our last MGW had two babes and two other pumping mamas. #whoruntheworld
Venue
The event will be at the Hilton Garden Inn in Carlsbad, CA. Saturday evening Mamas' Mingle will be nearby and will be announced to attendees this spring.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or ticket resale. If you cannot attend and would like to transfer your ticket to another mama please contact us with the details and we can discuss the options.
Food
We will provide light nibbles and coffee/water in the morning on Saturday and Sunday. We will also provide lunch for both days. There will be an optional Mama Mingle gathering at night on Saturday that is free to attend, but you are responsible for your own food/drinks there.
Accommodations
We have a private mama website for all attendees with recommendations for places to stay as well as a chat box to connect with other mamas if you're on the hunt for a roommate.
