Q How often do I need to practice in the week between sessions?

A You will be encouraged to engage in daily practice during the 8-week course. Recordings will be provided

Q How long do the weekly sessions last?

A Each session is 2- 2.5 hours per week.

Q What days/times do the sessions run?

A The next evening course begins in February 2024, details to follow.

Q What equipment do I need?

A There is no special clothing or equipment needed.

Q Will the weekly sessions be recorded? (online only)

A The sessions are not usually recorded unless a participant is unable to attend, and all other participants are happy for recording to take place. This is if the course is online only.

Q Will this be guaranteed to work?

A If you follow the course and engage in the practices you should experience the benefit of living life with more present moment awareness. However, there is no guarantee that your particular issue will be resolved. We are all at different points in life so everyone's experience of the course is different.

Q What happens at the end of the course?

A You will be invited to join ongoing weekly practices online which are available to those who have completed the 8-week course.
