In a recent Linkedin poll I asked if anyone would be interested in a mindfulness course solely for HR professionals, the results showed that 97% of HR professionals were in very much need of this!
I have read so many articles recently crying out for help for HR people – and now help is here!
HR professionals have spent the last year even more stressed, burnt out and overwhelmed than ever before. HR has always been a very fast paced and demanding environment to work in but over the last year many HR professionals have been so stretched to their limits and it has affected every area of their life. The course starts on Wednesday 27th April at 12pm, and runs for 8 consecutive weeks via zoom, each session will be 1.5 hours long
