Are you looking for a supportive space as a sensitive mom (HSP/Empath)? Somewhere you can feel accepted, have deep conversations, and make connections.
As a sensitive mom, you may feel like nobody understands what you're going through as a parent. You may feel lonely, lost, and not valued. You may get overwhelmed by playdates or social activities and have trouble making friends with other moms who don't understand your sensitivities.
You are not alone—we hear this from other moms like you—ones who crave a safe space to have deep conversations and feel accepted.
The need for a space where sensitive moms can go and find loving guidance and support is why we created our online community Empath Mama back in 2019. Since then, we have continued to grow and reach sensitive moms around the globe.
Our community has been expanding so quickly that we want to offer more opportunities for local in-person support. That's why we're launching a new initiative to bring more Moms Groups into communities across the country.
