THE MONTHLY CONTENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS:

STEP ONE

Together, we will use the FREE 20-minute consult call to discuss your practice, your ideal client, the content management process, price, and payment details.

STEP TWO

Once the start date is agreed upon, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the first month's content. This secures your spot on my project calendar.

STEP THREE

As soon as you pay the invoice, you will receive a link to my calendar to schedule a 1-hour call. On this call we will outline all of your content for the month and discuss targeting strategy. This call recurs monthly for as long as you retain content management services.

STEP FOUR

As partners, we will take your marketing materials through two rounds of revisions to ensure it sounds like you, resonates with your target market, and meets your expectations.

STEP FIVE

I will then run your agreed upon final drafts through two different grammar softwares to ensure the entire project is grammatically correct and error free.

STEP SIX

You will receive a second invoice for the final 50% of the month's content. Once paid, you will receive you final files and that month's marketing is complete. * writing is completed a month in advance. February's blog posts are written in January etc...

  2. Do I need any special equipment? We will be using Zoom for our calls. If you are on your desktop computer you will not need anything else. If you are on your phone or a tablet, you will need to download the FREE app.
  3. Are there any resources to help me further? I provide all of my content management clients with a FREE workbook we will use during the call. Also, I give access to my Clinician's Guide Masterclass as a way to brush up on content marketing basics.
  4. What will be my biggest take-away from having a content manager? You'll get your time back. It will be much easier for you to scale your practice and your income knowing your online marketing is being handled and you are free to pursue other opportunities.
  5. What if I can't find the time to collaborate on revisions? Your marketing only moves forward as you do. I complete my next steps based on your next steps. We form a true partnership and both of us must be present to make it work.
