Hello, I’m Kristy and I started a Facebook community with the intention of creating a community for hobby bakers to share tips, tricks, triumphs and tribulations of baking. I am a wife and Mum to two beautiful little girls and I own Pumpkins to Pearls a cake business where I make all kinds of celebration cakes and sweet treats.
My Grandma taught me to bake when I was a little girl and I have a Mary Berry cookbook that my Grandpa gave her as a gift in 1979 and I treasure it. I still use recipes from the book. Mary Berry and Nigella Lawson are very much my baking hero’s with Paul Hollywood taking the cape for Bread recipes!
