From the guy who lives in the woods and likes to make shine comes a revolutionary new concept. Today, I am announcing the launch of ‘Moonshiners Academy’, the only online Academy of its type in the world. This is such an exciting project that I can’t wait to share the details with you. Before I do, I just thought I’d give you some background as to how I got to
this point.

I published my first blog article about making moonshine on May 10th, 2019. That simple little article sparked a deluge of questions and comments from people interested in making their own ‘likker’ at home. I
set about answering their questions and soon realized that I needed to create a group where people who were new to home distilling could gain the help they needed. By having access to experienced ‘moonshiners’ they could ask any questions and gain the information and education they required.

So, Moonshine For Beginners was born. In a relatively short space of time, it has grown into a moonshine family of around 1200 members.

Almost 2 years after publishing that first article it was clear that most beginners all had very similar questions. This observation based on 2 years of answering questions on my blog article and in the Moonshine For Beginners group convinced me to create a podcast to cover these recurring topics in short form audio format. The Still'n The Clear podcast was born on March 3rd, 2021.

Hot on the heels of the Podcast I started the Still'n The Clear YouTube
channel. I wanted to be able to share “How-to” information that required
a visual component, and the feedback from these videos has been very
positive.

Now you know the origin story of Still'n The Clear, and how the journey has progressed. It is strange to think that I almost didn't publish that first blog article. It has now been viewed on the internet over 300K times since it's publish date, and I have been striving to produce the most helpful information and tutorials ever since.

Now we're building something new again, and it's bigger that anything I've attempted so far.

Moonshiners Academy is going to be an online academy for home distilling education. It will be a place people can go to get accurate, in-depth education on various distilling topics taught by experienced home distillers.

This is where I need some help, but don't worry I'm not asking you for
money.

I have a vision in my mind of what a great online academy will look like.
However, it would be so helpful to me and to the development of this
