Mary Cushen is a Business owner, Wedding Planner and Trainer who helps entrepreneurs and small businesses with key business skills and wedding planning basics, giving their business the best possible chance of success.
Alongside Training by Mary Cushen, Mary owns an award-winning wedding planner company. Mary started her wedding planning company in January 2017, going on to win her first industry award, The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA) Wedding Planner of the Year (West Midlands), in November 2017. Before starting her business, Mary worked in Projects; focusing on project management, business analysis and finance for over ten years.
Training by Mary Cushen was born out of love for helping people achieve their goals. Mary helps her clients to establish a good understanding of their business idea, the reasons behind their decisions and how to strengthen their relationships so they can work through any situation. As a trained train the trainer, she appreciates no single approach is right one for every individual. Therefore, she developed several options based on her experiences including closed online communities, online training, group sessions and personal, one-to-one coaching.
Mary enjoys spending time with her family, walks along the river and travel. Her favourite places to date are Dominican Republic and Scotland.
