I work with women who want to fix their relationship with food, get their body back and find a happy balance in life, without a restrictive diet or punishing workout plan.
I help them find their forever way of eating, feel in their best shape, and create a way of life they love. I coach them on their journey until they find their very own magic formula and until they are confident to navigate forward and make tweaks by themselves as life goes on.
