DR. OLUMIDE ABORISADE 

Dr. Olumide Aborisade is an Assistant Professor of Agribusiness at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in Tifton, Georgia. Originally from Southwest Nigeria, Dr. Aborisade speaks Yoruba and English fluently. He received his Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University, his Master’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, and his Bachelor’s degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. Dr. Aborisade is an applied economist and his research interests include food security, poverty, entrepreneurship, rural development, climate change, and migration.
