Are you a woman who loves to dance? There are sooo many women (& men!) who feel better about themselves, life, everything after they’ve danced - even if only for a few minutes.
There are many health benefits to dancing, including sharing this activity with others. As that’s not possible for everybody right now, why not dance online with others? Doubtful that you can connect with others in this way? Then I invite to come and try it out.
I teach a simple class with a variety of different dances to enjoy from the comfort of our own home. There are no steps or choreography. You choose how you dance. All the suggestions are optional.
During the class we’ll move our bodies with more active dances to feel our vitality, followed by dances to relaxing music to calm and rebalance our bodies and minds.
I teach weekly in-person Biodanza classes in Grenoble after completing the training in this wonderful system of movement. As this is an online class, we will not be dancing Biodanza. These classes are to come together - to move and have fun with others.
