My name is Inell Billups and I am the owner of Parents Advocating Love and Support Consultants. I am a Parent Consultant who supports families who have children with special needs, behaviors, and challenges at home so that they can have strategies and tools to develop more patience and create a consistent routine for their home.  I have always had a passion to help families and children in my community.  I am a parent who has a child with special needs so I know the importance of having a support system to advocate for families who have challenges at home.
