Due to the fact that the internal voice of an ADHD brain is very quiet or non-existent, it is a challenge to realize you are on the bus until it is too late. This can contribute to running out of time or packing way too many things into your day, leaving you frustrated because they weren't completed.

Do you ever find yourself having to ask others to repeat themselves or not recalling pertinent information?

Recall is important on several different levels so that you can focus, learn, and understand information. When this portion of the brain is impacted, it can lead to learning challenges, and difficulty with keeping things organized at home or in the workplace/home office.
