It wasn't until recently that I rode on that struggle bus. Why? For years, I've had a fairly strict schedule that did not require me being at home. Leaving the house created an urgency that helped me be in control and stay on top of my game. Once the pandemic hit, that all changed. I had this realization, and it rocked my world. I felt like I was living another life, one that I did not know. Through knowing what was first in my life, I was able to pick up the pieces and slowly navigate the change. I also realized that I did not really accept or forgive myself for my mistakes, big and small.
I came to understand the underlying issue for this and things that have been around since childhood-I don't even finish drinking all the water out of water bottles LOL! Now I get to use this information about my tendencies towards ADHD in a positive way for myself and for YOU. I am here to support you. I promise I understand, love, and will give you the compassion you need while being firm as you change your productivity.
I help you to understand your brain so that you can unlock your true potential. It's been there all along, you've just not known how to tap into it yet. My expertise is to coach you using YOUR strengths while using strategies to increase your productivity holistically.
Emotional Regulation
Do you ever feel like you're on a roller coaster of emotions in the same day or in the same hour?
This is one of the core functions in the brain impacted by ADHD. It can greatly impact your productivity because when it spikes and drops it can leave you more than exhausted, sad, and dare I say feeling anxious because of all of the thoughts running around in your beautiful mind.
Self-Awareness
Do you ever realize that you're off task, but it's been 5 tasks ago and some YouTube videos?
Due to the fact that the internal voice of an ADHD brain is very quiet or non-existent, it is a challenge to realize you are on the bus until it is too late. This can contribute to running out of time or packing way too many things into your day, leaving you frustrated because they weren't completed.
Working Memory
Do you ever find yourself having to ask others to repeat themselves or not recalling pertinent information?
Recall is important on several different levels so that you can focus, learn, and understand information. When this portion of the brain is impacted, it can lead to learning challenges, and difficulty with keeping things organized at home or in the workplace/home office.

Productivity is more than just what you get done. It is about how you view yourself and what you are able to accomplish. It's all too easy to push towards burnout and leave the most important things behind. In my program, we work on your productivity mindset, set boundaries, and understand that rest is productive. My mission is to have you giving from a place of abundance while being fully present when doing so.
