What is the course about?
SELF-PACED
From pregnancy until your postpartum
I'll guide you on how to prepare for postpartum during your pregnancy. You'll find out how to create a blissful, supported postpartum for your family using my favorite tips and tricks. I'll then also guide you after the birth of your baby with easy to access videos and audio recordings that will accompany you for the first 6 weeks after birth.
KNOWLEDGEABLE
Learn the most important needs of a new mother and baby
By understanding your new self and your new baby better, you will be able to feel more prepared when that huge change comes. Realistic expectations help us rest assure in the normalcy of our experience. This course will help you normalize and validate your experience, guiding you as you navigate unknown territory.
COMMUNITY
It takes a village to raise a mother
This course will help you understand that it really does take a village to raise a mother (and a baby), and will give you the tools to build your village and put it into place before the birth. When you have your village you feel held and cared for at a time when you so need it.
