Hi!  I'm Amy and I am so excited to have joined forces with the ladies from Balance365. 

After leaving diet culture and then exploring intuitive eating during  my 3rd pregnancy, I've found I was missing a really important piece for myself... a tribe who wanted out of diet culture but still needed support.

Jen, Annie & Lauren have created a program that truly embodies the "messy middle" and how healthy and balanced living doesn't have to be "perfect", and a way for us all to help one another along the way.

The Power Bowl Challenge is a simple way to encourage people to learn what a balanced meal is supposed to look like... and leave behind all the diet "rules"
