I’m Vanessa Sturman, Transformational Health Coach and Award-Winning Speaker. I help leaders, the public and sports people eat their way to great performance, increased resilience and a healthy weight by implementing non-restrictive, healthy eating habits and incorporating more delicious, anti-inflammatory, plant based wholefoods. No dieting, no fads and you still get to eat your favourite foods! 

I work with people no matter what their dietary preference - this is about overall healthy eating and making this truly sustainable in a busy lifestyle, without having to be perfect or label yourself. I have a mix of meat-eating and vegan clients, who all get great results.

My approach is to make healthy eating fun, filling and satisfying, and something anyone can try and benefit from, with small incremental steps.

I graduated from Cambridge University with a BA(Hons) and MPhil in Biological Anthropology, worked for years in behaviour change as a corporate Change Manager, and spent over 5 years as a plant-based recipe creator. So, I’m unique as a Health Coach in having extensive knowledge of helping people create the most delicious food - and I’m a big foodie myself!

Importantly, I live and breathe healthy and delicious plant based nutrition within a very busy, pressurised lifestyle. Having dealt with yo-yo dieting, a miserable and damaging way of eating as a teenager, I’ve spent the last 20 years studying and creating the most non-restrictive and satisfying way of eating which can bring you optimal health!

I’ve been featured on Sky News, Talk TV, Times Radio, the Mirror and LBC, and I’m regularly on BBC Radio as an authority on healthy eating. I’m often invited to speak at conferences and events, including at the University of Cambridge, and Michigan State University, and for large corporates such as Octopus Energy and The Francis Crick Institute.   

My clients get results such as losing weight without ever dieting again, hormone balance, reduced inflammation, great energy, great gut health, reduction in joint pain and arthritis inflammation, clear skin, getting rid of bloating and much more. My approach is always bespoke to ensure it fits in with YOUR life, personal goals and food preferences.

How does it work?

Once you’ve secured your place by purchasing the Power Hour… this is what happens…

  1. You’ll get an email so you can book in your Power Hour slot

  2. The email will contain a link to a brief questionnaire for you to fill out. This is so I can get to know you better and we can make the most of the hour you’ve purchased

  3. You can take a few images of some meals / snacks that you typically eat and bring them to the session so I have a better idea of what you’re currently eating, and what you could tweak. This helps me personalise my advice more to YOU.
