Join me for an interactive 1-hour session accessible to all exploring 5 easy but impactful yoga tools to help make your pregnancy more comfortable AND increase your chances of a more comfortable, easier birth, however it unfolds.

Together, we will explore effective movements and practices that have already helped many women in my classes and workshops:

  • understand how to find more space in the pelvis for your baby, for a shorter, more effective labour
  • reduce pelvic pain, hip and lower back tension
  • feel calmer, soothe anxiety and stay centred in challenging situations
  • understand your pelvic floor to reduce your risk of dysfunction & tearing
  • Feel stronger, regain ease of movement and better prepared to cope with challenging sensations

  • Rest more comfortably (even during labour!) and access better sleep

The session will combine empowering explanations of each tool (the 'why') and importantly how to practice them (the 'how'), with time for questions at the end.

You will also receive a printable guide of the tools explored so you can continue practising at home + extra goodies!

And if you cannot join live, you will still be able to receive the recording so you don't have to miss out!

      A little about me

      I'm Amelie Cresswell,  a specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, and Yoga Alliance accredited trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, with more than 7 years' teaching experience, and also a mum of 2.

      I specialise in helping women find ease, calm and trust in their bodies and amazing abilities as they prepare for birth and motherhood, with mindful yoga  that works for YOUR body & empowering body knowledge.
