We invite you dear woman, who are pregnant to spend a weekend immersed in selfcare. To take a break from the outside world and fully surrender and honor your pregnancy. To be surrounded by women on the same journey into motherhood and together move, eat, rest and enjoy.

We will have a full program Saturday and Sunday from 10-17 with soft strala yoga, meditation, sharing circle and birth/postpartum preparation workshops.

Whether you are in the early stage of your pregnancy or closer to your due date, you are welcome with all your desires and needs. 
We wish to support you on your journey into motherhood, with these two full days of extra care for your mind and body. 

The first day we will focus on your wellbeing in pregnancy and birth, and we will discuss preparation and wishes for your individual birth. Sunday is dedicated to the first forty days with your little baby and conversations about movement, selfcare and nourishment in postpartum.

There will also be plenty of room for pool chill, conversations and sunbathing. 

We will serve a light breakfast and luxurious lunch + provide snacks and drinks throughout the day, both Saturday and Sunday.

All you have to do is relax, lean back and soak it all in. Being surrounded by other pregnant women is very special, and this is also for you to connect with each other and share worries, joys and experiences.

My name is Nanna Salver and I will be your yogaguide and host. I am a longtime yoga practioner, but declared my love for stralayoga pretty quickly, and took my first teacher training in january 2020 when I was pregnant myself. Since then I have shared my love for this yogaform with many mothers to be in courses tailored for pregnant women. I'm the founder of  'Strala Mama' where I do womens circles and 1:1 sessions online and in-person in Copenhagen. Strala has imprintet itself in everything I do now. I use the mindset from here daily and continues to explore and move with curiosity and softness toward myself and my body. Strala reminds me to be myself, to breath deeply and follow what feels full of ease and enjoyment in my life and motherhood. I am mother to Eigil (2 years old) and studying to postpartum/mother mentor

Celina Salver is mom to Nanna and during the retreat she will be the ever present, loving host and cook delicious meals for you. Celina owns the unique Container house and lives here fulltime with her husband and their son. Celina is originally trained psycomotor-therapist, and contributes with tools from here during the retreat, including a selfcare/free movement workshop.

How to get there: 

From the airport you can take the MONbus ( Terminal 1 ) to Sitges or from Barcelona city center take the train to Vilanova de Geltru ( 6 euros )

From here you can grab a taxi to the container house in Canyelles ( around 35 euros ) 

Arrival Saturday and Sunday 10.00 am and finish at 17.00 pm
