Payment and transaction information. Full card details are normally handled by the relevant payment provider rather than OMG Fabulous®.
Information you voluntarily provide when receiving certain treatments or wellbeing services, which may include health or wellbeing information where it is necessary and appropriate for the service being provided.
Relevant correspondence and records of our communications.

I only aim to collect information that is appropriate for the reason you are interacting with OMG Fabulous®.

Complete an enquiry form, including the Workplace Wellbeing enquiry form.
Book a treatment, class, event or service.
Make a payment.
Subscribe to the OMG Fabulous® mailing list.
Attend or participate in a service, treatment, workshop, event or programme.
Voluntarily provide information as part of an ongoing client relationship.

Some information may be collected or processed using third-party platforms that help me run OMG Fabulous®, including Google, Bookeo, MailerLite and payment providers.

3. Why I use your information

I may use your personal information to:

To reply when you contact me and provide information about services that may be relevant to your enquiry.

Manage bookings and provide services
To arrange and manage appointments, treatments, classes, workshops, events, Workplace Wellbeing services and other OMG Fabulous® activities.

To take or administer payments and maintain appropriate transaction and accounting records.

Provide safe and appropriate services
Where relevant to a treatment or wellbeing service, I may need information that helps me determine whether the service is appropriate for you and to provide it safely.

Communicate with clients
For example, regarding bookings, changes to services, appointments or information relevant to something you have booked or enquired about.

Send marketing communications
Where appropriate, I may send OMG Fabulous® news, events, offers, inspiration and updates to people who have chosen to receive them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Operate and improve OMG Fabulous®
To administer the business, keep appropriate records and understand how my services are being used.

For example, maintaining records required for accounting, tax, insurance or other legal purposes.

5. Bookings and Bookeo

OMG Fabulous® uses Bookeo to manage certain bookings, appointments, classes and events.

When you make a booking through Bookeo, information such as your name, contact information and booking details may be collected and provided to OMG Fabulous® so that I can administer your booking.

Bookeo processes information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

6. Payments

Payments for OMG Fabulous® services may be processed using third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

Where a payment is processed through one of these providers, the provider will process information necessary to complete the transaction in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Some payments made through Bookeo may also be processed by an integrated payment provider such as Stripe.

OMG Fabulous® does not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.

7. Email marketing and MailerLite

OMG Fabulous® uses MailerLite to manage email subscribers and send marketing communications.

If you choose to join the OMG Fabulous® mailing list, information such as your name, email address, subscription status and interactions with emails may be processed through MailerLite.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained within the email.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent me from sending necessary communications relating to something you have booked, purchased or enquired about.

8. Google services and online forms

The OMG Fabulous® website is created using Google Sites, and I may use Google services such as Google Forms and Google Sheets to collect and manage enquiries.

For example, if you complete the OMGFAB Workplace Wellbeing Enquiry Form, the information you submit may be stored using Google services so that I can respond to and manage your enquiry.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to the OMG Fabulous® marketing mailing list.

9. Health and wellbeing information

Certain OMG Fabulous® services may require you to voluntarily provide information relating to your health or wellbeing.

This may be necessary, for example, when considering the suitability or safe delivery of a treatment, consultation or wellbeing service.

Health information is treated with additional care because it is special category personal data under UK data protection law.

I will only collect health or wellbeing information that is relevant to the service being provided and will not use information supplied for a treatment or consultation for unrelated marketing purposes.

10. Other websites and third-party services

The OMG Fabulous® website may contain links to external websites and services, including booking, shopping, publishing, social media, health testing or other third-party platforms.

When you follow a link to another website or service, that organisation may collect and process your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

OMG Fabulous® is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or services.

I do not sell your personal information.

I may share information, or allow it to be processed, where reasonably necessary by trusted service providers that help me operate OMG Fabulous®.

These may include Google and other technology or storage providers, Bookeo, MailerLite, Stripe, PayPal and other payment providers, professional advisers or service providers where appropriate, and authorities or organisations where disclosure is legally required.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be shared.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate arrangements and safeguards for international transfers will be relied upon where required by data protection law.

12. How long I keep information

I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including where information needs to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, insurance, safeguarding or dispute-resolution purposes.

Different types of information may therefore be kept for different periods.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where appropriate.

I take reasonable steps to protect the personal information I hold and use reputable service providers with security measures appropriate to their services.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
