In this first series, we will fall in love with ourselves by acknowledging and honoring the best in us.

Sometimes, we think we know ourselves, but we can't read the label when we are inside the jar. To the same extent, most of the time, we are not aware of our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs because they are either too repressed or are too busy to notice them.

Let's get to know ourselves and fall in love with who we really are.

Think about this first series like the first date with your inner being.

Let's fall in love with ourselves and make the unconscious conscious.

In this second series, we will let anything that no longer serves us fall away, replacing it with self-love.

Now is the time for us to unconditionally accept all parts of us by shining light on those shadows and greeting them with love and compassion.

We are all doing the best we can under our current circumstances.

Let's get naked and strip off everything in the way between your little human self and the real you.

Let's uproot all those things we have been hiding to be accepted by others that don't even understand our journey and embrace all that we are by cultivating a deeper level of self-love.

In this series, we are going to cultivate more self-love.

Relationships need to be nurtured, and we always start with our relationship with ourselves.

If we don't love ourselves, we will keep attracting people who will keep mirroring our self-rejection and confuse that with love.

We are the only ones responsible for fulfilling our own needs. So, let's stop outsourcing that task and avoid disappointment.

When we take full responsibility for ourselves, we can then come into co-creation with others rather than co-dependence.

Remember, no one can betray you unless you give them that power.

What people do is not about you; it’s about them.

The energy that you radiate is the energy that you will attract. Let's keep faithful to our self-love and attract more of it.

It's time to become it even more.

In this series, we will, again, let fall away anything that no longer serves and keep nurturing our relationship with ourselves.

This journey is a constant renewal cycle. A dance between letting go and replenishing.

Let's commit to our relationship with ourselves.
