Some of the core competencies for coaching, such as being present, creating safety and trust, and listening actively, are also fundamental skills in improvisation theatre (improv). Our workshops aim to make you more aware of your range, encourage you to step out of your comfort zone so you can grow, and to have fun in the process too.

You don’t need any theatre experience to attend. All you need is to be curious and to be willing to explore and play.
