Join us in this series of four live, online workshops where we will explore the fundamentals of mindful eating based on the the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program created by Michelle May,  We will be covering a lot of ground in each of these interactive, experiential sessions.

Through these workshops, we will:

  • Explore each element of the Dr. Michelle May's insightful Am I Hungry? mindful eating cycle,

  • -Learn what mindful eating is and how it can help you, and

  • Discuss how to integrate mindful eating into your daily life.

Areas we will explore include:

  • How to connect with your body's hunger and fullness signals and use those signals as your guide, 

  • What to do when you feel like eating but are not hungry, and 

  • How to recognize your triggers for eating and deal with them.

The workshops will include a brief meditation and gentle body movement exercises.

  • Classes will be held on September 16, September 23, September 30, and October 7, 2020
  • The 90-minute sessions will run from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
  • You will receive the Zoom link after you register along with other handouts.
  • This four session series is $95. A 30-minute coaching session is included in the purchase of all four sessions in the series.
