Dr. Norcott works as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Mental Health Program (OMHP) at the University of Chicago.

She is also a recipient of the Picker Gold Grant for Humanism in Medicine, with the goal to create an evidence- based curriculum aimed to equip OBGYN residents and faculty with the knowledge and comfort to diagnose and treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). In her personal time she is a mom, writer, advocate, and advisor for startups focusing on women's mental and emotional health.
