Back in the dark ages (aka what I like to call the time before I knew about the amount of toxins I was coming into contact with and putting in and on my body on a daily basis), I was NOT living my best life...not even close. I had really low energy levels almost every day, I was highly susceptible to environmental threats and was under the weather multiple times every year, and my digestive system was a hot mess. Then, something incredible happened. The fact that there was a better way—a cleaner way to live—came into my awareness. I learned about the hidden toxins in our products and our foods that can wreak havoc on our bodies, and I started learning about ways to reduce my exposure to them. As I implemented changes, I started to notice a big difference in how I was feeling. My energy levels increased, I started experiencing the effects of environmental threats less often and for shorter periods of time, and I was able to get my digestive discomfort under control. These experiences have been more than enough to make this a permanent lifestyle change for me, and my wish for you is to experience the power that simple changes, over time, can have on your own health and wellness.
