RISE & Thrive is a high-impact 12-week group coaching program designed to help you create a more positive mindset and overcome negative thoughts, stress and anxiety; work out what you want from your life and establish confident boundaries to give you balance, improve your wellbeing, and create lasting positive change; in short to help you RISE & THRIVE!
