Hello! My name is Stephanie. I'm a personal trainer who is passionate about helping runners train for and complete their goal race. I work with my athletes virtually to help them safely train and reach goals they never thought possible.

Every Sunday morning I send out a newsletter. I aim to cut out the 'fluff' and provide you with actionable information on topics. My past newsletters some of the topics I have covered stretching and strengthening your feet, warming up, heart rate training, and strength training.
