A True Perfection (available in PDF & MP3)

A True Perfection (28 pg. PDF book or 1 hour audio book, read by the author) thoroughly explores our culture’s love/hate relationship with perfectionism, and through the exploration the book provides a practical and viable alternative to the typical route. Learn why ‘perfectionism’ is harmful, destructive, exhausting, and ultimately a total and complete waste of time and energy. Better yet, discover what to do instead by approaching ‘perfectionism’ from a completely different angle. You may be surprised at what you learn, and how simple yet effective and welcome the change can be. The book explores such topics as: ‘The Beginnings of Our Culture’s Advent in Perfectionism’; ‘The Two Different Routes’; ‘What is Perfection?’; ‘Walking a Different Path’; and ‘A New Law of Being’. Fear and Faith Unmasked (available in PDF & MP3)

Fear and Faith Unmasked (24 pg. PDF book or a 51 min. MP3 recording read by the author) reflects over the often unseen world of motivation, wherein dwells our quest to satisfy needs both seen and unseen. Typically there seems to be only one route that manifests itself as the ‘way’ to satisfy our needs – in a broad way we can call that route ‘fear’. However, there is a completely different path that is seldom ever seen – in a broad way such a path can be called ‘faith’. The two motivations are compared and contrasted and you then understand why ‘fear’ is so destructive to all relationships which use its motivation. Explore such topics as: the unseen world of motivation; the essence of fear; the essence of faith; the journey we call life; and, how to make life’s most satisfying decisions. Help remind yourself about one of the often overlooked powers which is always at your disposal though you may not always see it.

How I Manage Stress (available in PDF & MP3)

How I Manage Stress (58 pg. PDF ebook or a 58 minute audio book) Not everyone knows how to 'self soothe'. As a result there is a rampant search by the masses to find relief. Sometimes the quest for relief involves substances, both legal and illegal. Other routes are also pursued often times questionable and often dissatisfying outcomes. To prevent my own dependence on external comforters, over the years I have developed a systematic 'self soothing' method that has worked exceptionally well for me. This method involves an effortful process of altering my state of mind, from a negative and harmful one to a positive and beneficial one. In this eBook and audio book, adapted from a newsletter written on the same subject, I share the process with you. I also give some examples of the poems used to help me alter and change the negative state of mind into the positive. I hope you enjoy and apply this potentially life altering information.

How to Love Yourself (available in PDF & MP3)

How to Love Yourself (38 pg. PDF ebook or a 69 minute audio book) Many people loath themselves, though others around them may not be aware of this. However, self-hatred is truly a problem and has much further consequences than just having a 'bad day.' The consequences of self-loathing can effect one's view of him or herself, how one chooses to raise their children, and what a person allows for themselves in their experience of life. In this eBook and audio book I reveal certain reasons that you, the reader, have to love yourself. There are various qualities that you have just by being born which makes you worthy of love from the moment of your very first breath. This is not some nice process of wishful thinking but things that will make intuitive sense to you when you understand them. Let me show you part of who the 'real you' is and why such a person is truly wonderful, vibrant, and good. Then let me show you what you can specifically do to overcome the lies you believed to foster the self-hatred.

Resolving Porn Use (available in PDF & MP3)

Resolving Porn Use (28 pg. PDF eBook or a 56 minute audio book, read by the author) explores the inherent problems that come with pornography usage, especially as it relates to relationships. Rather than attack the pornography user, or using methods of ‘guilt’ to control its use, the book walks the reader through an understanding of what makes pornography harmful and damaging, and allows the reader to come to his or her own conclusions about the side effects of pornography and all other similar addictive practices. To aid in this learning the concept of ‘Natural Law’ is introduced which exposes the reader to something felt internally and which governs the emotions of the heart and the success of all relationships. Learn how pornography damages the natural law balance required for long lasting and happy relationships. Then, follow the presented route to help pornography addicts restore and mend the damaged balance, which will result in greater peace and happiness with oneself as well as their partner.

State Dependent Change (28 pg. In this book learn about your innate capacity to become a different person from moment to moment, as well as learn how to remain the same despite outward chaos in the world around you. By being aware of 'State Dependent Change' you will continue the development of what I can 'inner eyesight', such a sight grants you the capacity to see 'invisible doors' which trigger desirable as well as undesirable changes within you. Then, being aware of such doors you become freer to choose between them.

The Problem Partner (available in PDF & MP3)

The Problem Partner (32 pg. PDF book) discusses what you can do to ‘influence’ positive changes in the behavior of your ‘problem’ partner. First, we look at you, the ‘change motivated’ partner and discuss what needs to occur within yourself to open the door to this quiet ability. Then we look at various ideas to help you realize the power within you to bring about changes within others – such powers as ‘influence’ and ‘self-control’. Several case examples are used to help you better understand how the ideas and ‘techniques’ can be applied. All ideas and techniques are in harmony with ‘Natural Law’ and are simplified into something I call ‘Self-law’. Self-Law is introduced as the one thing you to need to learn in order to control yourself as you seek to bring about positive changes in your partner and the world at large around you. Any other type of control over others causes you to become the ‘problem partner’, which is really not what we want, is it?

The Realized Self (available in PDF & MP3)

The Realized Self (58 pg. PDF ebook or a 1 hour and 53 minute audio book) In this book I address achieving the status of the realized self, which is the highest attainment in Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. However, I address self-realization, not as an ending point, but rather as a starting point that we should strive to attain right now. It is the place from which all actions must constantly flow, or the actions we take are wasted and meaningless. In this way, self-realization is more like a 'state of being' which one can enter into and also from which he or she can exit, like a room or a car. This book is written to help the lost 'aware' individual re-find that wondrous original self, but this time willingly so, of their own choice and volition. Such a finding cannot happen by accident and will only come through deliberate thoughtful effort, and by re-developing the capacity to sense as well as follow one's own emotions and the deeper truths that come to one's self as the mind and the heart function in wondrous and delightful harmony.

True Apology (available in PDF & MP3)

True Apology (30 pg. PDF eBook or a 61 minute audio book, read by the author) It is important that we recognize when we have taken a wrong course of action; yet, it is also important to note precisely and exactly where things went wrong so that we can truly fix the problem and not just sweep it under the proverbial rug. This means that a superficial ‘sorry’ can not really solve the problem and that we must garner a much deeper understanding of what the problem really is and when we are in danger of acting in ways that we will later regret. If you are in search of your own needed apology from another, are in need of giving one to someone else who you feel your actions have harmed, or if you find that you often sit on both sides of the apology fence, then I think you will find guidance, comfort, and direction in a ‘True Apology’.

Truth Beyond Structure (available in PDF & MP3)

Truth Beyond Structure (50 pg. PDF eBook or a 1 hour and 41 minute audio book) Imagine a world of people who have their heads fastened in clamps, gazing endlessly at the wall of a large dark cave, Plato's Cave. But this is more than Plato's Cave. This is our world! The masses watch images projected onto the cave wall from an unseen fire which is somewhere behind them. The multitudes see the images as mere shadows without connection to other things of substance; yet, they think the images of 'freedom without responsibility' are real. So the people watch the movement of the shadows and act according to what they see. But, on occasion, a few among the masses are able to break away from their clamps. Somehow they escape the vices which hold their heads to look only in one direction. These few then wander around in the cave and begin to see what is 'real', that 'freedom is always connected to responsibility'. But is there more to see? Is there additional 'truth' beyond the things seen by society and civilization? Take a journey of transition from fake, to less fake, and at last to what is real.

Way of Forgiveness (available in PDF & MP3)

Way of Forgiveness (35 pg. PDF eBook or a 66 minute audio book) The concept of ‘letting go’, as hard as it is, is also called forgiveness. The very word ‘forgiveness’ suggests that one releases a claim that justly and rightly belongs to them, which further adds to the confusion as to why a person would ever give up on something which they have a right to. For this reason, I find that people in general are greatly confused about the philosophy of forgiveness. People believe that by forgiving, they surrender something they have a right to without getting anything of substance in return. For many people, unfortunately, this means that they must allow themselves to become the hated and dreaded victim. Victims are seen as powerless and futile in a world where action and strength is required for basic survival. In the minds of many people, forgiveness then is something that makes the weak and fragile feel better about themselves. I do not believe that forgiveness and the concept of ‘letting go’ is for the weak and fragile. Instead, I believe that unless we learn to forgive and understand its philosophy, that we must of necessity ultimately metaphorically break and crumble into pieces. For this reason, I present to you the concepts found in the 'Way of Forgiveness.” Isn't it time to transcend through forgiveness?

Yours, Mine, and Our Rights (available in PDF & MP3)

Yours, Mine, and Our Rights (40 pg. PDF eBook or a 88 minute audio book) This is a book about overcoming relationship struggles through a clarification of boundaries. This can be particularly hard to do if we can't see those boundaries with our natural eyes. These veiled divisions between people are not larger than life or loud, so they almost always go unnoticed. As a result, we may strive to address problematic exchanges with loved ones in routes that don't work, exhaust us, and even continue to damage the partnership. The purpose of this book is to bring to light the reality of these simple unseen partitions. I do this because honoring and observing the often unregarded fences between us greatly clarifies troubles of our companionships which, in turn, allows us to fix the actual problem without useless destructive drama. The lines of which I write are not imaginary. They are very real. If those lines are honored peace occurs. If not, well then we have the war that is often times … our relationships.

The Development of Conscience (available in PDF)

The Development of Conscience (PDF book, 68 pgs.) takes you on a path of self-discovery and healing that involves helping you understand the development of conscience. Believe it or not, sometimes our behaviors surprise us in bizarre and strange ways, such as through addictions, affairs, or other deemed unacceptable behaviors. Rather than force change through rigorous ‘external’ motivations it is important that we tap into a more ‘internal’ motivation. That motivation has much to do with understanding yourself, your motivations, and even your own conscience. Conscience development is explored through a creative journey involving various people both real and symbolic. A process is presented to help the reader become more familiar with his or her own conscience, which then aids in the healing and growth process so often denied in punishment and shame based ‘external’ approaches to behavior control.
