Honouring the Waves of Grief Series

The manifestation of the Sacred Grief Series came into being as both Nidhi and Svenja navigate their own loss of loved ones and in turn their personal Sacred Grief Journey

This series is rooted in guiding you to grieve with intention and gentleness. Guiding and creating a sacred daily practice where we celebrate life and honour the blessing of our loved ones in every realm they inhabit. The series focuses on:

  • Bringing peace to your grieving process

  • Allowing grief to be moved through your body

  • Honouring the Sacredness of Presence

  • Celebrating the blessings of the Beloved

In each Module we will explore what it means to grieve consciously. Processing the waves through the body, where we move the ice cold devastation of this loss into peace and acceptance of what is unfolding in each moment. We will create tools and resources together, to support you on your journey of mourning and grieving your loved one - regardless of where you are in your grieving journey.


Introduction

Grieving is a Sacred Rite of Passage. The loss of someone in our lives asks us to navigate an intentional path to feeling, processing and accepting that the person is no longer here in the physical plane. 

Module 1 

Permission to Feel

In this first Module of the series, we will explore fully feeling grief in your body. Giving yourself permission to express and the freedom to honour the self in the process of grieving. We guide you through creating a sacred grieving practice that will hold you during your journey.

This module includes teaching you how to physically move your feelings and pain, with the intention of creating inner peace.

Module 2

Those Firsts

In this second Module of the series, we explore the Firsts in relation to mourning and grieving your love one(s).

We will share about honouring your own rhythms, rituals and beliefs. We will become curious about ways of bringing our loved ones close in each moment of each day. Tapping into holding each moment as sacred.

Module 3

Others

In this third Module of the series, we explore how to manage others’ expectations and time frames that they have for us.

We connect to listening to our own inner wisdom, trusting our own rhythms as well as developing peaceful communication with self and others.

Together we unpack the Intentional process to support yourself and learn how to model awareness for others.

Module 4 

You’ve Got This !

In this fourth Module of the series, we co-create strategies and rituals to hold you through your mourning and grieving journey.

You will learn tools of creativity, rhythm, movement, prayer and gratitude. This all feeds into the art of allowing and be-ing with your grief and sacredness that it holds for you.

Module 5

Grief as a Gateway to Peace

In this fifth and final Module of the series,  we gather and honour the mourning and grieving process from the previous modules - Permission to feel, Those firsts, Others and You’ve got this.  Allowing your vulnerability and strength to move into peace.

This process is about celebrating life and honouring death as the sacred circle of all life - the balance of life.
