Is making time for yourself constantly an uphill battle?  Are you feeling frazzled, tired, overwhelmed and on the verge of burnout? Do you want to create a self care routine, but not sure where to even begin?  If you answered yes, then I created this LIVE workshop for you.

In this supercharged 90-minute workshop, we're going to strip things right back, as I get you to explore what self care means to you and identify how you can realistically fit it into your life to help you feel more supported and fabulous.  It's actually not as hard as you think!

I'll be opening up and sharing what my own self care routine looks like as a mum of two small children and owner of two businesses and how I manage to make space for myself.

By discovering what truly nourishes me and connecting with what brings me joy has enabled me to treat myself with more kindness, compassion and live a happier life. 

Prioritising your needs is totally possible and I'm going to give you the basic tools you need to make it happen.

I won't be telling you to meditate at sunset for 3 hours to nourish your mind, body, and soul and ditching the one-size-fits-all approach.  I'm passionate about realistic self care and making it easily accessible in your life in a stress-free way.

In my step-by-step workshop, you'll get real about how self care can work for you, identify precious space in your day where you can make time for you and shift your mindset away from guilt for prioritising your needs first.

It's not all about putting it into action - the reason you haven't put your needs first before is that you don't feel deserving of your own care.  You've given so much power to the voice in your head that says you can't.

I'm here to show you that you can and you are worthy!

    Really effective at a time when us women are bombarded by diet and exercise messages in the media that make you feel bad about yourself, so thank you for doing something so positive!!

    Do I need to prepare anything?

    No, all you have to do is turn up.  The masterclass is interactive and there will be a couple of activities throughout so bring a notepad/paper and a pen.

    The workshop is interactive, do I have to take part?

    If you don't feel comfortable contributing to the conversation that's completely fine.  You will be watching a lecture style coaching session that is led by me.  There will be a message box that you can interact through if you want to, but equally, you can just sit back and keep to yourself if that feels good to you.

    Do you offer refunds?

    The cut off for a refund is 7 days before the event.  If the reason for wanting a refund is because you can't make the date, everyone will be sent a recording of the masterclass via email to keep so you can watch it at your own pace.
