Our Creative Dance classes are perfect for young people and adults with additional needs.
Dancing is fun, keeps you active and is a great way to socialise safely.
In every class you can express yourself, learn new moves and leave feeling calmer.
The class has three parts:

Adults (25yrs+) 10:30 am
Young adults (14-24yrs) 5pm
First class is free

Many of us have felt lonely or isolated during Lockdown. Dance is a wonderful way to make new friends, even if you find it hard to express yourself.
Expressing yourself and being creative, can help your mental health. All our classes give you time to dance in your own way, even if you're very shy.
Tuesday dance sessions with Louisa and students has been a blessing for my daughter. Not only does she get some interaction with her friends she is learning new moves. These sessions have lifted her spirit no end during the lockdown. She is safe, learning and having some fun!
