Run as a 4-8 week course which focus on themes, a gentle well sequenced trauma sensitive flow with trauma focused mindful cues will help to build inner strength, we look at various chakras, restorative postures, breathwork and meditation and can include guided activities such as journaling, art therapy and drum circles.
Certain poses are omitted from healing practices to offer a supportive safe space for bravery and courage when healing from trauma and eating disorders.
