Goddess Glitter was created by Kelsea Jensen (Hi!), a hairstylist who was convinced that ‘hair tinsel’ just wasn’t living up to its potential. The ‘just for the holidays’, ‘add-on’, ‘tedious’, ‘kids of clients’ vibe was severely undervaluing what a gorgeous and HIGH VALUE service this could be.
And that’s what we offer at Goddess Glitter.

What makes us different?
The Our signature application method was created to give the most natural appearance possible, elevating ‘hair tinsel’ to a luxury and highly sought after 'Glitter-lite' service. Our tinsel is more delicate looking, but thicker (this is a GOOD thing!) This ensures our tiny knot will not come undone (lasts an average of 6+ weeks!) and our strands are not only heat resistant, but actually HOLD TEXTURE, which mimics hair better and avoids the Christmas tree tinsel look. That, and you have our entire company cheering you on and supporting your success.
Why should I get certificated?
Simply, to save you a ton of stress and time wasted with trial and error. We use clear and thorough video instruction to successfully teach you so that you to avoid joining the ‘it's too hard/tedious/not worth it’ club. The certification was created to support a stylist in realizing and achieving the full potential of ‘Glitter-lites’. We’ve distilled all our knowledge and experience so that you can quickly and easily gain the confidence and skill necessary for creating a High Value service.
There’s much more to creating a high value service, start to finish, than just learning to tie a knot ;)
What is the average rate stylists are charging for Glitter-lites?
After our certification, charging $100+/hr is extremely common.
One must practice to provide $100+/hr level service, but that's what the course is for ;) You’ll be pleasantly surprised how many clients will want to book 30 min - 2hr appointments (after some practice, but don’t be intimidated! Its insanely gorgeous). One $20 pack of GG (60 strands) should average $180 in service revenue. That's such a great profit margin! Think about how spendy a color service can be! - We go over detailed pricing and services in the certification.
How do you know most of my clients love this?
Here’s the thing.. No matter the age, hair color, hair type/ density, profession, gender..etc of your client, Goddess Glitter can morph into exactly what they never knew they needed. I'm here to tell you that way more than what you may expect will want to have that Goddess Glow. Just to give you an idea, Artemis (brown) is the most popular color I apply on my clients. A full brunette head with shimmering Artemis strands is to die for. Oh, what a fun way for those more ‘natural’ clients to play..

The certification is online and the videos are available right after you enroll. You will have access to the videos for 2 months during which you can rewatch as needed. You also have lifetime access to our private "Goddess Glitter PROs" Facebook group where you can go to for additional support, questions or to help troubleshooting any issues you're having.
Our certification is two hours of video content, broken up into segments. We cover everything from how to have a confident consultation, different color combos to help guide your client, placement theory, our signature knotting tutorial, how to determine your own pricing and services, and some helpful photography tips.
