Do you wake after a full night’s rest feeling tired and groggy and not fully refreshed?
Did you know that sleep quality plummets when a woman enters midlife?
You're not alone and and you don't have to live with it!
Lack of Sleep Has Consequences
If you are not sleeping well, then you are not healing well. Here are just a few consequences that can arise when you are not sleeping well:
And so much more...
Sleep is So Important
A good night's sleep is key to excellent health, vitality, peak performance, weight maintenance, and moods. Our bodies physically restore and repair, our brains clear out toxins, information is processed and memorized, our immune system is strengthened, and our moods are restored.
So many of us don't get enough or good enough quality sleep, and our well-being and health suffers.
Sleep issues in midlife women are typically caused by hormonal changes associated with perimenopause and menopause, as well as greater responsibilities and stress. However, there are ways to improve sleep quality regardless of age.
Wake up more rested.
Have more clarity, focus, and energy throughout the day.
Leave with a strategic plan to consistently get a good night's rest!
I've Been There
My name is Renay and I'm a Midlife Makeover Specialist and I've had my share of sleepless nights. It's not fun. When I was young, I slept very well. Once I hit midlife, my sleep patterns changed. I had trouble falling asleep and also started waking through the night. This made for miserable days! Can you relate?
After months and months of research and diving into the science behind sleep, I now understand why certain activities promote good quality sleep while others do not. I've learned there are so many reasons why we can't sleep well, and I want to share my results with you.
