Light is magical, it has the biggest effect on how we see things and even effects how we feel about things. Just think of a foggy, rainy day compared to a beautiful sunset.
Light can make you appear older than you are, it can make you look tired or sick, it can even make you look scary. If you know how to use light, you can use it to make you look younger, fit and glamours.
I will teach you how to see light and how to use it to your advantage.

If you are like most of my ambitious clients you use social media to connect with your clients. Do you realise that the most important images are your self-portraits?
The portraits show you and your life, they can build trust and attract customers or they can even repel. What message are your selfies delivering?
Throughout this workshop we will be talking about body language, what your photo radiates and how to make it support your branding.

Build up your self esteem with your selfies
"I hate to get my photo taken", "I always look bad on photos". This is what I normally hear when I'm photographing employees...or the CEO's in a company. Actually I love to hear this because I know they will be surprised what I can get out of them and it fills me with joy when I see the smile in their eyes as I show them my images.
If you are constantly seeing photos of yourself where you think you look too big, too wide, you have a double chin etc. your brain starts believing the images, even if the mirror tells another story. This has an effect on your self esteem. You might even start hating getting your photo taken.
A pose can add 10 kg to your body or take 10 kg off. In this course I will teach you how you can let your "problem zones" stop being a problem and you will learn to pose your body to your advantage.

I have been portraying people for more than 30 years and this is what I find to be true. No matter how you look like, when you radiate confidence, you are beautiful!
When you feel confident with the camera, know how to pose and can put yourself in the best light you can rock your selfies with confidence.
Personally, I only trust people that are confident in what they do. I think it is necessary to radiate confidence to gain other people's trust.

These image were taken from the participants. The first image of a row is an image that was shared on social media before the workshop. The three images after that are images from the assignments taken during the workshop.
The format of the workshop
Over eight weeks on Thursday evenings, 20h(CET), we will meet on Zoom where I will give you feedback on your photos and answer your questions. After the session I will give you access to the next lecture and you will have until Thursday noon to finish the exercise and post your images in the group.
Don't worry if you can't make it to the live-stream. The live session will be recorded and shared in the Facebook group where you can watch it in your own time.
You will have a permanent access to the material in a member-area.
Minimum time investment in the course is two hours per week. I recommend doing a photo each day. The more you exercise, the better you will get.
Every group is different. I may adjust the order of the content to fit the group if necessary.
