TRUST me babe, I get it because I've been there. Once upon a time, my life was controlled by food. By my anxiety. By my OCD. By my depression. My mind was so consumed with what I should eat and when that I couldn't enjoy the life that was right in front of me.
I stopped eating out with friends, isolated myself to the point of depression, and constantly hated the girl staring back at me in the mirror. I was so out of touch with my body, with my mind, and with my soul that I didn't even know who I was anymore.
It was in that moment when I completely lost myself that I decided to embark on a journey of self-love and find the meaning of true health & wellness. After YEARS of trying out different fad diets, wellness hacks, studying nutritional science in school & 500 hrs of yoga teacher training, I finally figured out how to truly have a healthy relationship with food and how to feel my best from the inside & out.
