When I began the “Kiyanni Impacts” brand it was to be exactly that, an IMPACT in any environment that you placed me in. Whether in person or virtually, when you left my presence I desired to leave you with something tangible…. With something REAL.
Being a leader I experienced so many obstacles questioning the weight and validity of my voice. Wondering if what I said was that important, or would it even matter at all that I shared it. I realized that I had been impacted in my identity multiple times over the years and through those negative impacts it caused me to question who I was in God.

The impact on Identity was due to trauma, disappointment, transition and life happenstances that can cause you to feel like the literal wind was knocked out of your body. It’s when you feel stuck, idle and stagnate … not quite sure how to “bounce back” from an experience or circumstance. Through the impact YOU have indeed changed, and your voice does NOT sound the same. You have to adjust to New Sound.
In the midst of this your voice is lost. Your volume gets lower and lower, and often many don’t speak at all. You just function from day to day because you “survived” an event, you are just happy to have overcome THAT! To do any additional than normal life may feel like a stretch and even when you have bursts of excitement and or inspiration it’s short lived because you realize that there is a muscle that you have to flex in order to make it out of that pit.
SO…..
Here we are. Out of one season and now have the courage to enter into another. You have been through somethings and you have learned a lot, but now it’s time to transition from that place called “Safe” to actually living out loud.
Over the next 5 days, we are going to journey through the process of what the transition really looks like to get you from “Survival” mode to living in Authority. Open your heart back up to the place where your dreams were written down and to where your vision was hopeful. Endure this challenge with HOPE knowing that in the end you will be at the door of your season of Newness.
