Amazing Race, DC
Team Sign-Ups: Teams will be comprised of 4 people max. Each team must contain players from at least 2 SBDC teams. You can sign up as an individual, a duo, a trio, or a foursome. Individual sign-ups and duos/trios comprised of only one SBDC team will be matched up with others.
Details: Teams will be given a list of clues to identify a series of monuments, buildings and other sites. The team who identifies the highest number of clues correctly by taking a photo of their entire team in front of the site will win free drinks at the finish line! If there is a tie, the team who crosses the finish line first will be deemed the winner. All teams must cross the finish line by 4 PM in order to qualify.
Don't want to participate in the race? Come join for drinks at the finish line and cheer on your fellow league members as they arrive!

Come hop around various DC bars with all your friends. Participating venues have agreed to give folks EXTREMELY discounted beverages for those with a bracelet (deals vary bar to bar). Make sure you dress in the proper theme (which we will vote on later). Bracelets will be required to participate and receive discounted beverages. They will be available for purchase later this season. All funds will be donated to a local charity. |

Walk/5K to End HIV
On Saturday, October 23, We are participating in the 35th annual Walk & 5K to End HIV benefiting the HIV programs and services of Whitman-Walker Health. We hope that you will support our team goal of raising funds for this important cause. HIV remains an epidemic in D.C. and Whitman-Walker Health focuses on services and education designed to prevent transmission of the virus and provide care to those who are infected.
