Donna Rustigian Mac spent over 30 years helping people find their voice. Half of her career was in radio and media, where she learned firsthand how to speak with presence, authority, and authenticity. The other half has been dedicated to coaching leaders, using mindfulness practices and behavioral change techniques to help people calm nerves, rewire old habits, and show up powerfully.
Donna is not here to teach you how to “present.”
