Welcome to my programme Holistic You!

I am Patricia Creola and I found to yoga when I was going through a burnout, was emotionally disconnected, unbalanced and energetically at a low, too tired to do anything. 

I didn't have the tools that I have now, so it took me a long time to find my way via yoga and holistic treatments to built resilience, strength, confidence and peace of mind step by step.

It's okay that you don't have the tools yourself as I can guide you through what I learnt in the last 10 years and know works. During these 4 weeks you will get to know a few of my many tools I use with my clients so that you can choose the tools that work for you when you need them.
