We work with you on your journey to help improve your health & wellbeing and reduce your pain and symptoms.  We offer online stress courses (like this one) and run small and friendly group classes of Yoga, pilates and meditation groups in Keynsham.


I have found Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and Pilates to be the very powerful practices to help reduce mental and/or physical pain.


As a trained back specialist I work with clients with non specific back pain, chronic back pain, herniated discs and more..I have had my own struggle with chronic back pain, stress and depression, and believe that Yoga, Pilates and meditation are powerful tools in creating positive mental and physical changes.

How long will the course take?

This course is specifically created for busy women like you. The program, along with my support, is intended to run for 28 days, but you can go at your own pace because you’ll have all the materials on email.


What kind of time commitment should I expect?

Each lesson and activity should take under 30 minutes to complete.

There are 4 lessons.


Do I need to know anything about this subject before I take the course?

Nope. In the Welcome Guide, there are plenty of resources covering the topic of stress–the meaning of stress and how it affects your health. We’ll go over what Zen really means and there are additional resources to enhance your learning and help you achieve your stress reduction goals.


How long will the course material be available?

Forever(ish)! Once you purchase it, you’ll receive an email a week for 4 weeks. The material is yours to keep.
