About Me

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist, and have worked in the medical nutrition therapy field for over 20 years. Like most dietitians, I recommended strategies to my clients for much of my career that did little to reverse chronic disease and obesity, and help my clients heal long-term.

Heather's Story

Laurie's Story

Laurie has struggled with her weight since she was a kid. She also struggled with irritable bowel disease and had her gallbladder removed. After giving birth to twins and leading a life of convenience, she eventually climbed to a weight of 254.
