Participants will learn basic mindfulness skills to improve their awareness and understanding of their mind, body, and environment.
Participants will have a better understanding of adaptive & maladaptive coping strategies, negative self-talk and it’s impact, and the importance of self-care
Participants will determine values and set goals throughout to work towards their individual desires and outcomes at the completion of group
