8 Day Self-Care Challenge

Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.”
Eleanor Brownn

What is an 8-Day Self-Care Challenge?

Self-care or selfish?

For some, this is a confusing question because we are lead to believe that it is better to put others before yourself. Unfortunately, when you pour water from the same vessel that never gets replenished, the vessel runs dry and you have no more to give.

If you are trying to give from an empty vessel, this challenge is for you. Over the course of the challenge, you will learn things you can do to refill your tank and take action to get it started. During our 8 days together, we are going to cover the 8 areas self care:

  • physical
  • emotional
  • creative
  • intellectual
  • spiritual
  • recreational
  • affection
  • and attention

You will receive a daily email with instructions and a list of suggested tasks for each area that will help you take better care of yourself. You will get to join a community of people who are working on the challenge with you where you can share your wins and hold yourself accountable. Here, you can connect with other people in the challenge, make new friends, post your accomplishments, and get praise an motivation to keep up the great work.

There's no better way to jump start your self-care than to take a challenge that encourages you to take action. Join on your own or invite a friend or family member for more motivation.

After you sign up:
