The main idea behind Tempo Community is to create a support network for local PT's, coaches, dance instructors, small business owners and fellow creatives.
In these uncertain and challenging times, we would like to offer a helping hand to likeminded entrepreneurs, who have ideas and passion but might be struggling with finding affordable space for their projects, events and initiatives.
The building we provide has a huge potential. The plans for the ground floor involve creating gym and studio space for functional fitness, yoga and dance classes/events, when the upstairs offers 8 private, closed plan rooms that can be utilised as an office or meeting space. There is also a warehouse at the back that can potentially be used for the product storage and is currently used for Tempo's merchandise.
The Tempo Community space will serve as another platform to share our values that are at the core of everything we do. Please keep on reading to find out more about them below.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create fun, fresh and healthier alternative products across Scotland and around the globe. We aim to reach and inspire our community via our stores and our digital platforms, where we educate and support people who are looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing and reach their fullest potential. Whatever your current Tempo, we will be able to help you find a good balance, one drink at the time.

We always try to think differently from others in the products and services we offer, and the way we work. We seek inspiration from the best in our industry and others. To break the mould of just being a Boba Tea store where East meets West - Adapting the eastern product to meet the western needs.

We ensure that whatever we do, we do it to an excellent standard; whether our customer service, organising an event or creating a new product, we ensure we take every effort to make the best it can be. We seek to excel in our own work and encourage others to do so too, and we assume there is always more to know, and a higher standard to achieve.
Contribution
By being a small business we rely a lot on our team and therefore we make sure that they understand the importance of their physical and mental wellbeing. We provide free access to various resources such as audiobooks, health apps and online courses with our staff members and encourage each other to stay active and take on positive habits such as for eg. mediation or daily exercise through our Personal Development group.
We support not just our staff but also our customers. We educate them on products and supplementation that we offer that can support them with their needs e.g. anxiety, stress or insomnia. By contributing to others it gives us a more meaningful life and allows us to feel more fulfilled.
Community
We work together to build a sense of community, inclusivity, collaboration and co-creation in our workplaces for our customers, our staff and our partners. We champion each other and our work, we value everyone’s contribution by staying respectful and open-minded to suggestions from all mentioned parties. We seek to give back to our community by supporting chosen charities and social enterprises that promote impactful ideas and movements we believe in.
Growth
We never settle down for less and always looking for new areas where things can be done better. We learn from our mistakes and listen to our customers and staff to improve our brand, products and the service we provide. We identify the ways to gain valuable skills that can support the team in everyday life and contribute to business success.
