Workshop Schedule

Day 1:  1 hour from 7:00pm-8:00pm AEDT

  • Meet and connect with fellow travelers
  • Begin seeing life as many parts, how they can effect each other in a positive and negative way
  • Explore why they may be where they are, so we have choice to change it.

Day 2:  1.5 hours from 8:30am-10:00am AEDT

  • Today we will have a bit of fun with identifying your values and realising how you can use them to make decisions.
  • How to specifically identify - What you do not want, what you do want and what are your non-negotiables.

Day 3:  1.5 hours from 8:30am-10:00am

  • Identify Causes of your fears / anxieties
  • Find the specific feelings or sensations attached to the fears/anxieties
  • Reduce or remove the charge to any situation or event that causes your discomfort or embarrassment
