This is a supportive live group course for up to 6 women.
Each session will deliver guidance and the right steps to help you shift away from sabotaging thoughts and behaviours and ease you into a more healthy perspective of your body and health.
Weekly practical steps designed to help you reconnect with your physical self, help to bring your body and mind together, creating new ways of being, so you get to create your own unique "diet" to suit you.

When, where and how is this happening?
This is a live course with 12 weekly group sessions held over Zoom, beginning February 6th. Each class starts at 7:30pm UK time and will continue same time, same day (Monday's) until the 12 weekly sessions are concluded. This is an interactive course and your participation is required in order for you to gain the most love and support to achieve the transformation you desire. NB. If you are outside of the UK, depending on your location, there may be a slight adjustment to the timing due to Daylight Saving time adjustments in March.
Do I need to attend live?
Yes. Whilst exceptions will be made for unforeseen circumstances this is a live group course. We are all here to actively support one another and utilise our collective energy to create transformation for ourselves and others. By showing up live each week, not only are you making a commitment to yourself, but you are helping support others to do the same. This in itself is a fundamental step towards attaining self-love.
Are the classes recorded?
The classes will not be available as recorded material. You will receive audio recordings of meditations and any other material shared during the classes that are specific to your homework to enhance your self-empowerment learning and growth between sessions. All classes are to be attended live.
Will I keep the materials I receive during this course?
Yes. Everything you receive during this course is yours to keep. We recommend you continue to utilise these steps and all the materials in your every day life moving forward.
What happens if I cannot attend a live class?
Class material will be provided if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This will be discussed on an individual basis and we will do our best to accommodate you and support your learning. You are only permitted to miss one class in total. You will not receive material or be reimbursed for any further unattended classes.
How can you guarantee I’ll achieve the results I want?
Whilst we fully guarantee you will leave this course equipped with everything you need to empower yourself, your outcomes are dependent on you. We will support and guide you throughout the journey to the best of our abilities, but we can not do the work for you. A key piece of this course is taking ownership of your own self-responsibility. This is how you become empowered to reach the goals you desire and create the level of self-love that is unique to you.
