Is this a one off payment?

Yes, it's a one off payment of £79 for The SMASH Masterplan and support group. 

How long do I have access to the Masterplan?

You have lifetime access to you documents and recipes.

How much weight can I lose?

The average woman can loose anything between 10-14 pounds in her first 28 days. Everyone's results are unique to them, but you will get support so you can get the best results possible.

Do I have to do loads of exercise in order to get results?

No, in fact I recommend that you don't introduce exercise until you have so much energy that you don't know what to do with it.  That may take weeks or it can take a couple of months. If you are doing a 10 minute walk each day, that is enough at the beginning.

I have underlying health concerns, will this plan be suitable for me?

Do I have to have to use supplements to get results?

No, you don't.  The results stated are based on clients using food alone to get them.

Do I need Facebook in order to be able to have access to the Masterplan?

No you don't.  You will have access to a your own specific documents on my website. The support network is conducted on Facebook currently, but there are plans to add a support network to my website, away from Facebook.

Is this just for women?

Yes, (and no).  The recipes are suitable for everyone and men do very well when eating the SMASH Way, however, the support group is only for women as I want to provide a safe space for women to be able to feel comfortable about asking personal questions about their weight and health concerns.

I have family and don't want to be cooking different meals for everyone, are SMASH meals suitable for kids?

As a busy mum, I totally understand this.  All SMASH meals are suitable for kids. They can be used as they are or I can help you to adapt them to suit your children's needs.  When I was creating the recipes I always kept busy mums in mind.  There are family friendly options eg chicken goujons, shepherds pie, non spicy curry, chocolate muffins.  My kids eat everything that I eat. Oh and there are a couple of recipes that you can "sneak" extra veggies into for kids and they don't notice.

Will I have to give up certain foods?

Yes.  Some of the foods that you may have been eating may be causing you your weight gain.  With the SMASH Masterplan, there is a 28 day reset to help your body to reset. You will be eating REAL food - no diet/calorie free/sugar/free/fat free foods are included when you eat the SMASH Way. You will be getting back to basics without compromising on taste. You will never feel like you are on a diet when you eat the SMASH Way.

Will there be any strange foods used in the Masterplan?

There might be a couple of new ingredients that you have never used before but all of the ingredients are readily available in supermarkets. 

I don't have a lot of time for cooking, can I still do this?

Yes of course.  One of the sections of the Masterplan covers how to meal plan so you don't become overwhelmed with cooking.  I can show you how to meal prep 3-4 days of food in 45 minutes. This is life changing! 

Is this suitable for vegans & vegetarians?

Currently the SMASH Way meals are animal protein based, but you can always adapt them with vegetarian protein sources and we have had some vegetarians and vegans do the plan with great results. 

The SMASH Masterplan is NOT for you if...

  • you are looking for a quick fix - yes you will get amazing results, and fast, but this is not a quick fix diet. I have a pet hate of all the mega claims that the diet industry make - you won't get that from me - what you will get, is honesty and results.
  • you want to eat "free" foods - no foods are free! They all have an impact on your body and many so called "free foods" lead to weight gain and inflammation. 

  • you want to eat diet/calorie free foods - these foods, aren't really foods. They can play havoc with your hormones and digestive system and can cause weight gain in the long run.

  • you want to have cheat days - cheat days disrupt your hormones and set you back by at least 3-4 days and make your normal days feel harder. You don't want that. You need to commit to your reset in the first 28 days. It will change your life.

  • you want to drink alcohol at the weekends - again this will slow down your weight loss and your body will not release fat for at least 3-4 days.  Your liver will be stressed and your weight loss will not be as good as it can.

  • you aren't prepared to put a little bit of effort into home cooking.
